About Us

Our Office and Main Range Facility is located near Reevesville, SC, near the Edisto River, just minutes from Charleston. Our Main Range Complex consists of a; 15 yard, 10 position Pistol Bay; 25 yard, 18 position qualifying Pistol Bay; 360 Degree Tactical / Steel Target Bay; and a Practical / Tactical Shotgun Range. In addition, we have an NLTA Shoot-house in which to conduct Simunition or Airsoft based training. We also have a modern classroom, office spaces, bathrooms, kitchen and dining area, covered picnic shelter and, a picnic area with a fire pit. Our facility is Eco Friendly and comfortable, in a rustic outdoor setting!

Professional Development Training Facility:

Originally constructed to host Law Enforcement Agency training and large Commercial Classes, our P.D.T. Range Facility consists of three dedicated Firearms Training bays:

• A 150 meter, Multiple      Position Rifle / Handgun Bay with an expanded 50 yard Firing Line capable      of handling up to  20 shooters simultaneously. Impact capability up to .50 BMG.
• Two (2) 15 meter, 10 position,      Handgun Bays. Impact Berms are capable of handling all small arms,      including full-auto.

     The P.D.T. Range Facility is also equipped with modern amenities such as shelter, potable water, electricity, ample parking and, modern restrooms.  
 

   The P.D.T. Range Facility is suitable for conducting SWAT/ESU Training, DM/Sniper Training, Group PT Exercises, Rural Enforcement Operations, and K-9 Training. Due to the isolated location, the P.D.T. Range Facility is also ideally suited to sensitive training operations and, “Live Fire” film production and sound work. 

 Tommy is a retired Deputy Sheriff currently serving at his former agency as a member of the Training Staff. Tommy is tasked with Curriculum Development, Instructor Training and Development, Firearms Program Development, and more. 

With over 20 years as an Instructor, Tommy takes a solid, serious, and logical approach to firearms education.

 Bryan has eight years of training and experience as point man on entry for a SWAT team and three years working undercover as a Narcotics Detective. Bryan has shot competitively in PPC, TPC, IDPA and, was a member of the local Sheriff’s Office Pistol Team.  As a Law Enforcement and civilian Firearms Instructor, Bryan has assisted in training many in firearm proficiency and advanced skills development. Bryan also has taught special operations planning, SWAT tactics and room clearing. His time in the military was spent as a paratrooper in the 82nd Airborne Division, a member of QRF (Quick reactionary Force) and the 82nd Airborne Sharpshooter team. A perpetual student of the craft, Bryan has trained with some of the best instructors in the firearms industry, such as Craig Douglas, Bob Vogel, Mike Pannone, Frank Proctor and Pat McNamara. Bryan brings real world knowledge and experience to the classroom, and range. Bryan is currently employed as a Regional Bail Enforcement Agent.

Teresa is a tremendous asset to us here at ShootLogic!
While we constantly meet people who are on their way to becoming an Instructor, rarely do we find those that exemplify the difference between an "instructor" and "teacher". Teresa not only knows the difference, she possesses the correct attitude and a heartfelt desire to serve others. Teresa also endeavors to build the relationships necessary to be a "teacher".
Oh, and we're not the only ones that feel that way about her, you should hear her family talk about her!

Drew  "The Machine" Bartow is decorated U.S. Army combat disabled veteran with multiple deployments and assignments to Europe, the Balkans, South America, the Middle East and Africa. His last assignment was with the US Army Civil Affairs and Psychological Operations Command (USACAPOC) and Army Special Operations Command (ASOC) in Ft. Bragg, NC.  As a civilian, he is currently working with the Department of Defense (DoD) in Charleston on enterprise IT projects.  In addition, Drew’s PowerPoint skills are best described as Ninja!
Drew is an avid shooter, active NRA Range Safety Officer, and has trained with Pat McNamara and Larry Vickers, and others. Additionally, Drew is an amateur political pundit, published soccer staff writer, vicious Twitter troll, loves Beef Brisket, and  Cheerwine Cola!

Mike Hogan (known by most as “Hogan”) has been a patron of Shoot Logic for a long time. 

So long, in fact, that we decided that we might as well put him to work!
 A lifetime gun enthusiast, Hogan has participated in all of Shoot Logic’s handgun, shotgun, rifle, and Simunition classes as a student, and now as a NRA Certified Range Safety Officer, assistant instructor, and an absolute beast of a role player!  
 

Hogan has taken advantage of the guest instructor opportunities at ShootLogic and has had the privilege of learning from some of the finest instructors in the nation, including: Massad Ayoob, Bob Vogel, Frank Proctor, Pat McNamara, Mike Panonne, Earnest Langdon, Steve Fisher, and more.
 
Hogan enjoys competitive shooting, and is a participating member of IDPA, USPSA, and GSSF.
 

Like many of our students, Hogan is just a “normal guy” without experience in the Military and Law Enforcement circles.  His day job is one of spreadsheets, emails, and phone calls, as he negotiates medical equipment supply sales with the Military and Federal Government as a contract writer. Hogan has a viciously sharp wit, strong analytical personality, and an unparalled sense of humor. We are all better for his contributions!

Ranger is a mixed breed with a truly wonderful personality, loving disposition and, he's waaay more intelligent than most people.
 

Ranger is our resident Greeter and Squirrel Wrangler. First to enthusiastically greet clients arriving at the range, Ranger is a familiar sight here. If you get the opportunity to visit, you will see him hanging out wherever people congregate (and eat). He also wants you to know you should feel free to bring a treat for him!
 

Ranger has met some of the finest Instructors and Shooters in the World and has managed to extort food from every one of them!!! He is hard to resist!
